  • Read Page 1 ... current chief pilot were the interviewers. It began promptly with HR style questions. Was asked about 4 different questions that are exactly the same as on the study guide of this website and then a few custom tailored questions regarding my resume. Big question they ask is "Why Breeze? What do you know about us?" I was told...

The previous experiences were entirely accurate. You can expect the process as follows: resume, additional information, 3 questions virtual interview, aptitude test, logbook review, final interview. Pertaining to the final interview the two gentlemen who conducted the interview were exceptionally nice. Review the study guide as all the questions I was asked came from there. Most conversationally styled interview I have ever participated in. Interview lasted approximately 30...

Applied in early Summer. Initial email the next month.  Took about a week to hear back for each step in the interview process. Made it through to the ODV interview and aptitude test. The questions on here were accurate and none were different. Big thing is Why Breeze. Aptitude test is 50 questions in 15 minutes and varies from math to pattern recognition to...

Pretty straightforward for the initial portions. Same as what you’ll find elsewhere on here. For the zoom interview however, I was point blank told they ask TMAAT based questions that follow their core values (SKIIE). Questions I got asked were here except one that I don’t recall seeing about a time where I supported something that I didn’t agree with. Otherwise the questions were all on here. They did say that I’d be looking at a class in roughly 2-3 months if I get...

I applied about a month ago, submitted MS Forms logbook entries 6 days later, received invite for the “3 Question Video Interview” and submitted that 4 days ago, and currently waiting for the next step. The gouge on here is spot-on. I was most concerned about the background elements of the 3 Question Video. I have a nice library study nook in my house with a lot of aviation memorabilia items. I opted for bare walls while wearing a navy blue colored polo shirt and gray sport coat...

I applied during the short brief application opening, I received link 2 weeks after to fill the flight hours form then 2 weeks later I received the video question and given 3 days to record it then got the response after 8 days. Was asked three questions.  It was straight forward questions without any surprises (view the study guide of this website). It was a nice opportunity to challenge my interview especially video interview skills. They also need you to be yourself without any AI...

Submitted my application during the very brief window. Received survey for my hours. Received invite for recorded video interview Tuesday night with instructions to complete it by Friday. Video questions were as previously mentioned. You will be asked sseveral questions, (view the study guide of this website).  You get 30 seconds to prepare your thoughts and then it automatically goes to record with two minutes to complete your answer. There is no pause and no redo, in case you are...

3 question for video interview: 1. Why Breeze? 2. If we ask your friend, what one good quality and one bad quality what he say about you? 3. What have you done in the past to be successful in your airline training? 30 sec to prepare for every question and 2 min to answer every question. Before interview began, they emphasize that absolutely no AI should be involved and they would like to know AUTHENIC...

The process took about 2 1/2 weeks from start to finish for me. I heard back on the first three steps within 24 hours (application, secondary forum, psych eval) then had a few days notice to do a pre-recorded 3 question video. Asking basic questions about TMAAT. Then logbook check, and about a week to schedule the interview. The interview itself was 2 people, very laid back getting to know you and some TMAAT questions, nothing technical. I was told I would hear back within a week of my...

HR screening was pretty straight forward. Asked three questions, why Breeze, what did you do to be successful in training, what good and bad things would your coworkers/friends would say about you. 30 seconds to think and a minute and a half to answer. If you pass that you get an assessment to complete(iq and personality test); on the iq test you get 50 questions in 15 minutes. They tell you upfront theres no way you get to answer all 50 so if you dont answer all of them but definitely try...
