The interview was great, Interviewer first introduced himself, talked about how he got into the company, whats the company like?. After that he asked me to do the same, introduce and tell about myself. Then he asked about if I am allowed to work, am I able to travel, etc. After that he mentioned that we don't have a door between cabin flight deck. The interviewer was friendly,he started with the basic information about the company, and the first question is about myself and why Cape Air, the following several TMAAT about passengers serving and unsatisfied flights. Applied for Cape Air Captain position under the “Grey Gull” program. Applied on-line and had phone call 4 days later from Kyle. Great gentlemen and enjoyed talking with him. He asked me about why I wanted to work for Cape Air and asked about my long career. I am retired from a major airline after 40 years so lots to talk about.
