Read Page 1 ... as well. I showed up with 2 LORs even though they did not specifically ask for them. Questions regarding approach plates (Jeppessen chart), arrivals (Jeppessen chart), "what would you do" scenarios along with some IFR regulations. Very basic stuff. Had me recall a aviation accident and talk about it. Was told...

Did a quick phone interview the day after I had submitted my resume. It’s mostly just to find out more about me and my previous experiences. Got invited to Milwaukee to do an in person interview. Before starting the interview I was given a tour of the facility. The in person interview itself was pretty straightforward. Almost everything that was on the study guide was asked. Just make sure you brush up on your multi and instrument knowledge and you should be fine. There will be sim... -

Phone screening was pretty simple. They asked about training failures and a couple other TMAATs. Drove to Milwaukee for the in person interview the next week. Got a tour of the facility. The questions in the interview were very straight forward and very scenario based. Briefing a SID and an instrument approach along with knowing symbology on the plates. A couple of multi engine specific questions. Read up on the study guide, everything was on... -

Started with a Google Meet HR interview roughly 20 min. Going over background, what I'm currently doing, etc. Basic HR questions, (view the study guide of this website). Took about 4 days to hear back about a technical interview. I chose to go to MKE to interview in person but they can accommodate a virtual meeting as well. I showed up with 2 LORs even though they did not specifically ask for them. Questions regarding approach plates (Jeppessen chart), arrivals (Jeppessen chart),...

My experience was much like the rest of the ones on the website. First interview was on google meets with Tasha and Ben. They were both outstanding and made you feel very comfortable throughout. Went through basic TMAAT questions, strengths, weaknesses etc. 25-30 mins for that. Took about a week to be invited to Milwaukee for in person technical. This time along with Tasha and Ben there was the training manager and a line pilot attending. After intros they got right into questions. high...

It’s a two-part interview process. The first interview was with Tasha, their HR/Recruiter, and Ben, Crew Records Specialist. Mostly typical HR questions that would be asked at any job. They asked about my background in aviation. They asked me about a negative quality of aviation. Strengths and weaknesses, etc. They invited me to the second interview which was with Tasha and Ben and Tony, who is in charge of training. Ben asked basic IFR regs questions and systems questions based off...

The gouge on this site was spot on as far as the phone screening interview went. I have been out of aviation full time for the last 7 years, flight instructing full time before that. I have been flying my Archer to regain currency and proficiency for the last six months since selling my company. I had the video chat screening call which lasted approximately 45 minutes, during which time every question I was asked was listed on this site....

1 hour interview followed by a brief tour of the facility. Interview starts with basic questions, Have you ever had an emergency and if yes what'd you do? Have you failed a checkride and how'd you handle it? Then it moves into some more complicated IFR questions, multi engine theory, real world scenarios. If you have flown in a high altitude, IFR, real world environment it is very straight forward for the most part. Overall it was a great...

First I have to say that the feedback from the previous interviewees was very helpful and spot on so my experience is not much different. As others stated, there are two interviews. The first one was a 20-30 minute virtual interview with Human Resources/Recruitment. It was a get-to-know-you kind of call with HR type questions, (Study the question guide). Then got invited to the second interview within a week or so. The second interview was in person at their HQ in Milwaukee. I sat down with...

Ben, Tasha, and Tony were excellent, and all clearly enjoyed their work. A dog friendly environment with a great safety and maintenance program. A few general questions about my past flying and a few specifics about IFR. Relatively short as they had already covered much at the first interview. They focused the IFR on the plates around the Milwaukee area, so be familiar with those. They gave a full tour of the offices and afterwards a tour of the...
