  • Read Page 1 ... flight deck, making a quick decision in flight. I had these answers rehearsed with times from my previous experience, so this part went smoothly. Then started the technical portion. He shared his screen through Teams and showed me an Operational Flight Plan to KORD. Had me read a METAR and TAF and determine if destination alternate is needed and what alternate weather requirements are. Then asked when departure alternate is required. Then asked about difference between MEL and CDL. Then had me brief an ILS approach from a LIDO chart. He asked a couple questions about the chart after the brief, then started asking about scenarios. If captain is flying and low on glideslope, what...

My interview was very laid-back and closely aligned with the examples provided on GoJet’s website. We began with a slideshow presentation, followed by brief introductions and background information. From there, I was asked a series of yes-or-no questions regarding my criminal background, checkride history, eligibility to work in the U.S., and similar topics. The process then transitioned into the HR portion, where I was asked questions such as: “Why GoJet?”, “Tell me...

My interview was different. I only did the HR portion and I’m waiting on the technical part. The HR interview was really short — they just asked if I had any checkride failures and asked about my work experience-why GoJet - are you in Aviate program she said they’ll reach out to me for the technical...

The interview was was on time and smooth. Myrna was super friendly and made it feel like just a normal conversation. She just wanted to know about you as a person and decisions you’d make. Why Gojet, what they can do better for recruiting, and a few tell me about a time when questions from the study guide. The technical portion was all here on the study guide as well. When asked about any of the technical just take your time, they aren’t rushing...

The interview was exactly like the website said. Started off with a 5 minute intro power point going over pay, benefits, etc. They ask you to introduce yourself then start with the HR portion. I was asked about any check ride failures. "Tell me about a time" questions. Tell me about a time when you offered good customer service. Tell me about a time you had to take over during a flight. Tell me about a time when you had to speak up because someone was doing something unsafe, etc....

I was asked CDL/MEL. Started off with a dispatch briefing, decoding MEL’d items, then went through TAFs on the dispatch form and then briefed an approach. Anything and everything on the approach was asked. How to calculate rate of descent, when you can follow missed approach instructions, CANPA, etc. scenario was pilot was half scale deflection and refused to go missed- I was FO. What would I...

Started with the technical interview first. MEL V CDL, Briefed approach plate, discussed metar and taf, situations about the approach based on weather. HR included a few experience stories- quick decision, what elements make a good captain, when have you helped with customer experience and disruptive passenger. Study LIDO charts, when you make a decision during the scenarios stick with your decision and defend...

It was pretty much the same as everyone was talking about online. I had one about a time you have to make a split second decision and on about providing customer service. Why Gojet and what can they do better. The technical part was mainly read metar, understand the taf, if you need an alternate what is the requirement. Can you use the airport the provide you for alternate. Difference between CDL/Mel. Know how to brief a lido chart! Also situational question if your captain is having half...

Interview was straightforward, the HR rep and Technical rep made you feel relax..Study the gouges on this site, study and practice briefing the Lido chart, dont second guess a decision you make even as an FO because he/she will try to trick you into changing your decision. Write down a few TMATW and practice and you will do...

It was pretty laid-back started with going over paperwork past failures, why GoJet, etc. tell me a time when questions. First question tell me a time when you had a conflict with an employee or a co pilot. Second question tell me a time when you had to make a split second decision while flying. Third question was tell me how you give customer service in the work place. Technical portion Brief, the ILS 16L into Denver. Brief the approach for the Kipper arrival. You are in IMC conditions and...

Overall, it was a great experience. The gauges are accurate. They laid out how the interview would go at the beginning. We answered typical HR questions. They ask some TMAATW and if there was any check ride failures. HR portion ended with them asking feedback for what they could do better. The technical portion was straight forward. We chatted at first and talked about metar/taf. Briefed lido approach for...
