Super great recruitment team. Have a one-hour-long presentation in the morning and then they send everyone to the lobby. There were 9 of us interviewing. They call everyone in two at a time, and each interview was 45 minutes to an hour. HR followed by technical. Be sure to know Microburts, thunderstorms, decoding complicated METARS and TAFs, Jep symbology on airport diagram, and briefing a simple Jep approach plate. They want you to do well....

Recruiters were awesome as everyone mentions, they want you to succeed. I was in the lobby by 8am. They brought everyone in for a presentation a little before 9am. The interview experience was spelled exactly as people in the past have mentioned. Showed up in the morning for information about the company. They look through your logbook at that time. Piedmont is a great company! They paid for my plane ticket and hotel room. I checked out in the morning, and the interview started at 9:00 a.m. They gathered us to sit down for a presentation and after we took a break to get ready for the induvial interviews. They start you off with an orientation and then send everyone outside and bring you in two at a time. They do the interviews on the opposite side of the room.
